New Prince of Tennis – 06

Want to waste 20 minutes of your life? Well here you go. In an attempt to redeem the losers from their elimination matches, they are forced to climb a mountain. Is it really that hard to stay on the courts and give people what they want to watch? Anyway, much of nothing interesting happens. Some melodrama from people here and there and unbearable filler stuffed in the middle. Let’s not even begin with that ending. Now, I’m used to the absurdness of Prince of Tennis when it comes to the different techniques players use, but the nonsense going on top of this mountain was really pushing it to the … “this is just dumb” limit.

The only redeeming thing that came out of this episode was that if you had any favorites that lost their match, it’s good to know they have a shot at returning.
