Ookami-san – 08
Sadly this picture had nothing to do with this episode or otherwise this would have been the best of the series yet. What we got instead was something of a return to the regular light-hearted episode with its standard take-away message of the week. Heir to a large corporation, this week’s mission revolved around finding a young boy his bride. Luckily and what saves this episode from absolute boredom is that he is followed around by his insult-happy butler who just loves to point out all the terrible qualities of each candidate bride they come across.
I did have a laugh when it got to the boob segment and the butler’s quirky but short conversation with Alice. Other than that it was okay at best considering the fact none of the candidates had a chance to begin with, as the boy’s pick was shown in like the first five minutes anyway. Such suspense! Now, let’s go back to the real meat of the show and revisit the Ryoushi, Ryouko, and Shirou tension please for next week.
I would have definitely liked if the entire episode was just the first 3 minute preview bit involving the Three Little Pigs. It sure got my attention when we got a human-pig-hybrid thing playing a game of Twister for life and death.
